All of our products are made to order. Please allow:

  • Personalized items: 3–5 business days for production

  • Non-custom items: 1–2 business days for handling

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, delayed significantly, or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@jouwcustom.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
